Hi Anne. I bookmarked your page some time ago but am not sure if I ever mentioned how great your stuff is -well, it is awesome stuff. Hope one day I can paint even half as good and no doubt I would be in big demand.

Crazy stuff that GFX problem... I´m with you 100% Anne. You´re right to not agree with this witchunting. Freedom to use any kind of source to make art is a real important thing to us all...and i love what you do.
Anne, you shouldn't care about what others are saying or thinking. Just be yourself, focus on your work, you you will feel fine. It's really that simple.
Well, agreeing to a free to use ANY kind of sources is not what I was aiming for with my entry, since that would mean copyright violation towards many photographers.
I am just saying, that any artist is free to use any references he wishes to archieve his paintings. Why shouldn't he?
It's an illusion that a certain kind of realism can be archieved without one, and believing it could, is rather foolish.

That´s what a wanted to say...sorry if i was not clearly with my writing. Sometimes my English stuck ...probably because i was almost sleeping in front of the monitor...hehe.
Use photo references is just a source to develop your artistic ideas and visual perception to reach a detailed and better painting or 3d sculpting result ...not copyrights violation .
